Aurora
Aurora Aksnes was born on 15 June 1996 in Stavanger, Norway. Professionally known as Aurora and sometimes stylized with uppercase letters in the form of AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves has been released by Decca Records and was well received by music blogs. The artist has already recorded two high-profile covers Half the World Away by Oasis. Oasis to promote a Christmas ad by John Lewis and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole. Katy Perry posted a video in which she endorsed Runaway. This brought her some attention. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes' earliest memory of music is finding a grand piano that was in the attic. The piano was fascinating to her the possibilities it offered. Jan Oystein Aksnes' parents May Britt Aksnes urged her to use music for the sake of personal development, and not for the purpose of making money or for to pursue an interest. The Aksnes family advised her to compose. As well as Bjork She also cites Leonard Cohen as an influence. Her mother encouraged her to perform her music in front of the public, but not to achieve fame, but rather to help others realize the importance of their work and the good they do to make a difference in the world. The piano was her first instrument at the age of six. She began making music at the age of nine. Her family didn't know until the age of 14. There was no way she could have imagined to become Aurora. Her only passion is writing music. To her music, is the best means of communicating anything.
